COURT ACTION – SMALL CLAIMS TRACK

Small claims are a division of the County court for claims up to £5000.

We will commence court action as a last resort if the bank refuses to make a full payment of all the charges if the charges exceed £500. You will not be required to attend court or make payment for court fees. The cost of the fee will be added to the amount of the claim.
