REFUND OF CHARGES

We will notify you in writing within 3 days of the bank making a refund of bank charges to your account.

We will provide you with an invoice in respect of our fees and any additional court costs should this be applicable.

We will then deduct our fee within 7 days of having received the refund from the bank and make payment to you.
