HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

Five step process

• Determine what charges have been applied to your bank/building society account over the last six years.
• If you already have your bank account statements for the past six years you will need to provide us with these otherwise once you have instructed us to reclaim your bank charges on your behalf. We then calculate the charges applied to the account over the last six years.
• Consider the level and amount of interest that you are also entitled to for the charges.
• Complete the online application (Form) or request for our information and agreement pack which includes the appropriate letter of authority to your bank. We will then send you the information and upon receiving this back from you we will notify your bank of your instruction.
• Once a satisfactory agreement has been entered into with the bank then we will receive the money from the bank and account to you less our fees.
