FEES AND COSTS

Our fee is 20% (excluding VAT) of any settlement offered to you by your bank. However this fee does not include the cost should your matter proceed to Court, in which case we will agree the fee for representation and attendance and this will be added to the cost of the claim against your bank.

The only upfront fee you will be required to pay is the initial £10 fee for requesting copies of your bank statements from your bank, if you have not initially provided us with these. Otherwise our service is results based and you will only be required to pay any fee if the bank agrees and you receive a refund or settlement offer, the fee will then be 20% of that amount.
